Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Online Teaching Faculty member to join our dynamic educational team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality virtual instruction, create engaging learning materials, and support students in achieving their academic goals through an interactive online platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live online classes as per the schedule using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS.
• Create, update, and share teaching materials such as presentations, notes, assignments, and quizzes.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Answer student queries via chat, email, or live sessions.
• Participate in curriculum planning and development activities.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and assignments.
• Maintain records of attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Stay updated with the latest online teaching tools and subject trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field (Education/Subject-specific).
• Prior experience in teaching (online or offline) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with online teaching tools and digital whiteboards.
• Ability to manage and engage with students virtually.

Preferred Skills:

Patience, enthusiasm, and a student-friendly approach.s: 

Familiarity with e-learning platforms like Moodle, Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams.

Ability to create engaging digital content (videos, slides, etc.).
